Purchase Executive:★ Roles & Responsibilities: (Skills: SAP Purchase, MS Office)★ Products: Hydraulic Cylinder and raw material (rod, tube, seal). ★ I ensure that timely cost revision & negotiations are done with suppliers.★ I explore alternate sources for existing goods to ensure we never go out of stock.★ I deliver a weekly purchase order report to management that indicates the required order details for all closed purchase orders & updates on delayed orders if any.★ I work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders★ Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance, and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement.★ Identify the needs and implement the required processes to ensure smooth functioning of buying with scale.★ I use to up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.★ I use to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.★ As per manager suggestions conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards. Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly and effectively.

Junior Relationship Executive★ Roles & Responsibilities: (Skills: Tally, MS Office)★ Products: Gold loan, Property against loan, Insurance, etc.★ Preparing accurate financial statements and reports that reflect the company's financial position.★ Analyzing financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.★ Financial reporting, financial analysis, Providing Gold and Mortgage loan, Insurance and savings schemes.★ Proactively update inventory and report to the manager every day.★ We have a Weekly meeting with Regional head every week.★ Manage Gold loans , Property against loans & Insurance and etc.,★ Audit every month reports and handover to the reporting manager.★ Attend biweekly meeting with Regional RM★ Attend Weekly meeting with team for continual improvements and process plans
