RBSG ATM Platform processes VISA and MasterCard ATM transactions with CONNEX (Provided by FIS) as Switch for authorizations. Connex logs contain all ATM transaction details. Using the Connex logs, the transactions are sent for clearing to VISA through Edit Package v4.0 and MasterCard, later the day. Role of Software Designer in VISA Card Scheme Mandate Project includes1) Analyzing the mandate requirements/member letters and produce impact assessment towards ATM Platform.2) Identify the technical changes required in ATM Clearing/Online systems and develop design document with robust solutions.3) Request for 3rd party changes (FIS), receive and install them in ATM Connex as instructed by the Release notes and Connex SME.3) Deliver the system code changes in TEST environment.
