EnerWise has developed a new financing model to cut the cost of capital for residential solar by 50 - 75% and improve margins for its contractor partners through the use of HELOCs and other secure bank products. Update: Trade case in Aug 2017 blocked ability to launch new residential solar finance companies for the time being. I've shared the model with existing financing companies so they can put forward the model into the marketplace and continue to decrease the price of residential solar. If they don't, will look to relaunch in 2-3 years.

jobFig built an optimized Five Factor Model (Big 5, OCEAN) personality assessment to create a Behavioral Résumé™ that stays with each person and changes with them over time as their own behavioral patterns change. The individual owns the data and can grant access to it for products and services that provide them with value.
