Coconut Development Authority advice the minister and Ministry in the formulation of policies and in the determination of development priorities in coconut industry. Maintain under reasonable prices the coconut and coconut oil which are domestic requirements. Provide a maximum quantity of coconuts for the processing industry through the minimization of wastage in the domestic consumption. Achieve diversification of maximum production marketing by exporting coconut based products. Earn a maximum exchange rate by exporting coconut based products.I am in charge of preparation of financial statements , investigation reports, authorized the stores payments, salary payments, recording financial transactions as well as involving procurement committee activities, procurement evaluation committee activities & budget committee activities.• General supervision of the staff of the finance division.• Preparation of the capital & recurrent budgets for the institution.• Supervision & responsibility of preparation of final Accounts.• Sending quarterly progress reports on financial performance to the ministry.• To act as a member of the minor tender board of the institution.• To provide management information to the board of directors on a regular basis.• Fund management & liquidity management, disbursement & auditing correspondence.• Any other functions as assign by the chairman ,Board of directors, director general, director finance.
