 Risk assessment of individual activity in production, packing, storage, engineering practices and other ancillary activities.  Monitor and support in meeting the standard outputs at different areas.  Responsible for identifying the weakness in the system, practices and take initiative to enhance productivity through system based approach without any GMP violation. Creating a prompting mechanism to avoid predictable failures. Review of efficiency and take initiative to improve productivity.  Responsible for review of SOPs and other technical documents. Production planning as per business requirement.
