Profen Engineering , is Govt and Private contractor for Engineering Services and Consultancy Operating from all Major Cities on India. I was working with Ahmedabad and Mumbai HQ. Main Activities for Ahmadabad operation was Manufacturing, Service , Overhauling and Maintenance of STP,WTP & ETP. Company was managing Asia's Largest WTP plant at Kotarpur Ahmedabad. Profen Engineering , Mumbai Operation was working in area of Engineering Consultancy in food industry, 3rd Party Expediting & Inspection Agency for companies like L&T, VA Tech and Binani Cement etc.My responsibilities included,1. Design and Development of Mechanical Machine Components.2. Plant Layout, Assy & Detail Manufacturing Drawing - Verification and Release Approval.3. Product Technical Selection and Finalizing SOW for procurement.4. Design various equipment's like, Clarifiers Bridge, Flush Mixtures, Alum Agitator, Contant Head Box, Central Shaft Bearing Assy, and various other mechanical equipment's commonly used in WTP and ETP Plants.Was Project in charge of Overhauling and Maintenance of 17.2MLD WTP at Dudheshwar water works -Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. One of the good project was working with German Company M/s Hafema water ride system(http://www.hafema.de/startseite/) for one of its kind 40 People Water Ride. Being Project Engineer, was responsible for Fabrication to Drawing, Erection and Commissioning at Swaminarayan Akshardham - Delhi. During Mumbai Deputation, was key member as Lead Design Engineer for Developing New Design , Manufacturing of 12 Head, All in one High speed Rotary Bottle Rinser , Filler and Caper unit for water processing industries.During this 3 Years, developed good Competencies on engineering design, manufacturing Fabrication aspects & few CAD tools. (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro-E and some pipe fabrication/development tools.)
