In my capacity as a Business Analyst Level 2, I fulfill a dual funct- ion, actively operating as both a Business Analyst and a Team Lead. Within this role, I oversee the management of two distinct teams, guiding their efforts and allocating tasks across a spectrum of projects. Particularly noteworthy is my involvement in orchestrating the migration of the web Trader and webCTRM systems onto the OATI Hub platform a combination of all the products in a single product.

As a Level 1 Business Analyst, I spearheaded numerous projects, including the pivotal migration of both the web Calc SH system and the web Settlement Pro system. In addition to my project responsibilities, I assumed a leadership role in managing the team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and timely task completion. Creation of comprehensive test plans meticulously tailored to the migrated systems and their functionalities. These test plans served as essential roadmaps for validating the integrity and performance of the migrated systems, guaranteeing seamless integration and functionality within the operational framework.
