Responsibilities:Communicate clear instructions to team members.Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.Source candidates using internal database, various Internet sites such as Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, and CareerBuilder, and job fairs to fill job orders.Creates reports to update the company on team’s Progress.Review resumes and evaluate applicants through an interview process to reveal job skills, work history, education, training, and compensation needs.Motivate and inspire team members.Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance.Recruit, manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients’ hiring needs.Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovate methods.Build a strong, dynamic and a competent recruitment team by foreseeing demand Pipelines.Impart hands-on trainer for recruitment team-members.Do the search and recruitment of senior positions. Maintain up-to-date Data Bank of candidates for various job profiles.Prioritize work and review it with team member (recruiters).Familiar with professional social networking sites.Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence.Thorough knowledge of accessing data banks and portals.Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time.Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike.
