Ravinder graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and is pursuing a masters in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Manitoba. He is employed as a Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training at Stantec Consulting Ltd, and has provided geotechnical services such as drilling and logging soil, static and dynamic pile testing, construction inspection, deep and shallow foundation design, slope stability analysis and design, delt with challenges related to frost and adfreeze in permafrost and non-permafrost areas, provided open excavation recommendations etc. throughout Canada. He has worked on several large projects such as Keeyask Dam Construction, Wuskwatim Dam Construction, Snow Lake Transmission Line Construction, Bipole 3 Transmission Line Construction, Winnipeg River Riverbank Protection Program, Suncor Renewables Study, Nain Airport Preliminary Design, and Vale Thompson Mine Expansion.
