Payroll Clerk Responsibilities
- Verifies hours worked, non-worked hours, pay adjustments, and enters information into payroll system
- Queries and prints reports to alert operation manager to upcoming raises, status changes, and attendance issues
- Reviews payroll reports to balance, reconcile payroll dollars, and correct any discrepancies• Reimbursement of travel expense & Mis expense of employees..• Employment verification. • Applying wire transfer in QB with proper invoices
