I am a Ph.D. graduate with a multidisciplinary background in molecular biology, Immunology, and developmental biology.As a graduate student, I successfully initiated, executed and completed several collaborative projects focussed on studying the defensive role of a ribosomal protein (L13a) in inflammatory diseases like ulcerative colitis, mechanism of L13a mediated inflammation resolution and its role in early embryonic development in mammals.I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and looking for opportunities in biotech/pharmaceutical companies where I can use my research skills and expertise to develop new product ideas and therapies aimed at improving the health of patients with cancer, auto-immune & inflammatory diseases.Specialties: molecular cloning, cell & tissue culture, macrophage harvest & culture, immunostaining, confocal microscopy, genome editing (CRISPR/Cas9 and meganucleases), cell line generation, mutagenesis, recombinant protein expression, immunoassays, and in-vitro assays, RT-PCR, animal handling & genotyping.
