• Perform servicing, certification or re-recertification of equipment.• Ensure that products are assembled in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.• List out parts requirement for the job and to request parts from Stores in a pro-active manner.• Familiar with the standard products of the Company and be fully conversant with the assembly drawings and bills of material - using only approved versions.• Proficient in the use of all components, equipment, tools and techniques used in the workshop.• Correctly complete all service related paperwork, including service reports, work orders & assembly data sheets.• Work in an orderly and tidy manner, keeping the service areas clean and tidy at all times.• Maintain good upkeep of the Company’s equipment, reporting any losses or breakages to Supervisor/ Manager and keeping it locked when not in use.• Available for field service trips & commissioning of equipment, including local, offshore and overseas locations, when required.• Engage in any other activities as requested by the Supervisor/ Manager.

• Inventory management/data entry/stock counting• Coordinate with the internal and external parties to complete on time shipment order• Ensure smooth shipment in accordance to company’s compliance requirement• Prepairing of quotations, statement of accounts, invoices, products packing lists and purchase order• Maximise cost saving from the deal profit margin and maintaining good relationship with vendors• Ensure proper documents are accurately processed,distributed and released to all relevant parties in a timely manner• Summit monthly inventory reports • Participate in problem solving and develop constructive ideas and solution for operation team • Manpower management• Plan and assign jobs for individual workers

• Planning of transport service for collection and delivery based on priority.• Ensure all transport documents are filed in order• Ensure all billing invoices received on time and billed correctly• Submitting of reports on time• Lorry chits must be acknowledged by customers once job done• Booking of cranes depending on the size and weight of cargo.• Make sure lifting supervisors and riggers comes with all the safety utensils.• Communicate with customers and suppliers• Preparing all necessary documents for deliveries• Taking final weight and dimension for cargos going through airfreight.• Send cargo for crating according to tele-sheet.• Booking of trucks for collection of goods.• Releasing cargos to trucks• Confirm delivery ticket after releasing • Receiving, checking, doing reports• Doing summary list of cargos end of the day • Ensure smooth operations and trouble shoot any problems that arises • Loading and unloading of cargos into container trucks using forklift
