when i was fresher, i started my career in a hospital as a Jr. microbiologist in microbiology laboratory in yashoda hospital. I work there for 17-18 months.i learned many things from there like testing, how to behave like a professional,how we react in typical stuations and what should we do in that type of situation.there i learn how to identify bacteria by its morphology, by microscope and by biochemical tests and i learn how to process infected samples on media plates, how to operate instruments like incubator B.O.D. autoclave and etc.and i learn too many things over there which i can't explain.After leave that job i joined as a Jr. analyst in standard analytical lab and i still working over there. From here again i learning too many things like how to process food, pharma and water samples to check there quality and starility.here we check these samples for there pathogenicity if it have and how to maintain documents of instruments and samples too.this is my job and i m still learning from herebut i want to improve my abilities now....thanks for reading
