Responsibilites:Daily management of Compensation Production Support: • Good ampount of Knowledge on Workday compensation structure.• Creating/Updating Job profiles, grade profiles, Compensation Plans, Comp Eligibility Rules. • Troubleshooting compensation issues and answering compensation related questions.• Comfortable in loading and auditing EIBs.• Report Writer and advanced excel skills• Experience with testing for new enhancements, new functionality, and regression testing of Workday releases.• Testing and troubleshooting, as well as production support during process and after process completes.• Assist with audits and preparation of data for advanced comp process.

The primary purpose of this role is to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday support. Experience in the following modules Compensation, Integrations, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Report Writer, and Studio. In This role i am responsible for partnering with the HRIS team on day to day task and enhancements.

• Participated in Requirement gathering, Analysis, Project planning, Cloud implementation, Test case design and execution for new Workday implementation project.• The ADP Tax Credits integration implemented within the Workday Recruiting module as an inline assessment.• Worked with Performance Management, Pre-hire, Onboarding, Manager Evaluation, Succession Planning reports.• Worked Closely with HR Partners and business users to collect requirements for Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Time management and recruitment modules. • Responsible for loading Newly Merged Employee Data, Compensation Data, Commissions Data to Workday using different EIB's and Web services.• Configure different processes and rules within the tenant across several modules such as Onboarding, compensation, time tracking, benefits, etc• Strong experience in Creating Complex Reports such as Business process based Reports, Benefit Reports, Compensation Reports, Employee information reports. Utilizing different Data Sources in creation of Advanced, and composite enabled Reports.•Worked as a Reporting Specialist to create custom reports using Workday Report Writer to meet the business needs of HR and Payroll application report consumer groups And Produced Ad-Hoc reports as required, often combining data from multiple sources to achieve desired results.• Worked on testing the data and security issues with the data from the reporting prospective. •Worked closely with the client's project teams to ensure that the customer's successful deployments Workday's Integrations/Reports and Post Production Activities.
