• Manage OEM scope of work for SAN Engineering, focusing on Railway locomotives, power packs, DETC, MERMEC & Gensets.• Responsible for installation, commissioning, diagnosis of service-related issues, and electromechanical troubleshooting during load trial & testing of LOCO, DETC & Gensets.• Inspect aging engines, Gensets, and generate reports. Educate customers on engine preservation.• Handle diagnostic software for Genset controllers, Locomotive Card control & ECM.

o Role & Responsibilities as a Senior Service Engineer:• Diagnosis of Field service-related issues - breakdowns, One Pager, RCA, FIR's -Electromechanical troubleshooting.• Workshop Repairs - Injectors, WP, TC and Cylinder Heads.• Understanding and handling of diagnostic software - SPI, DC desk/ Dongle, EST, Genset controllers.• Guiding technicians for correct Report writing.• Service Revenue generation including Alternator jobs, Aging engines etc.• Industrial engines - JCB, ACE, ECEL - handling specific customer.• Complete the in frame top overhauling & major overhauling of Perkins 1100 series, 4000 series (1010 KVA, 2250 KVA) engines as per Perkins Standard & safety recommendations.• Inspecting aging engine & generating reports. Educate customer for carried out engine repairing work for smooth running & better life of the Dg set.• Experience in installation of Retro Emission Control Devices.Role & Responsibilities as a O&M Sites In charge:• O&M - understanding scope of work, guiding and monitoring O&M staff, monthly visits, creating reports and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction.• Generating revenue from sites as per site requirement. Preparing parts list.• Educate customer & O&M staff for safety, basic trouble shooting & Logbook and battery maintenance in customer site.• Preparing monthly preventing maintenance record & breakdown sheets.

Role & Responsibilities as a manager:• Having good project management in railway division – handled 48 engineers & 95 power cars with (95*2) 190 gen sets under maintenance contract. • Handling the rail projects includes warranty & preventive maintenance, assigning calls to team, resolution of issues and publishing the reports to team contractual obligations.• Publishing MIS report on monthly / Quarterly basis for service division.• Prepared Parts List for all types of Cummins engines from quick serve online.• Warranty decisions as per the Cummins policy.• Educate customer representatives for DO’s and DONT’s processes.• Educate customer representatives for Basic trouble shooting & Logbook and battery maintenance in customer site.• Product training to the customers in operation and maintenance as per the contractual obligations.Role & Responsibilities as a Service Engineer:• Diagnosis equipment problem to the major sub-section (i.e. controllers, mechanical & electrical etc) for restoring equipment operation• Customer quality complaints diagnosis and resolving issues electrical and mechanical components) and preparing proper documentation.• Coordinating and conducts the installation & commissioning activities of new engines• Having good hand on project management experience in Automotive and railway domain.• Complete overhauling of Engines of CUMMINS, in various application in MHP &HHP as per Cummins Standard & safety recommendations• Making FSR, FIR, check sheet, JSA reports at customer site.• Understanding and handling of diagnostic software Insite, In power-pro, data logger & ECM based engines.
