Responsibilities:• Responsible for checking bids on GeM portal in all relevant product categories and Creating and publishing product links, L1 filters for Direct purchases.• Responsible for Issuing of authorization and product approval to partners.• Responsible for Deletion or Updation of New product /Spec./prices.• Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.• Establish and maintain tendering processes and set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.• Responsible for all Tendering Work & Financial accounting works and filling of GST Returns periodically.• Reviewing and finalizing Salary Sheet of Office Staff, EPF and ESIC related Works.• Dealing with Bankers for various Regular Banking Operations.• Managing team of Marketing Executives and coordinating with them.

Responsibilities:• Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding and attending pre bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients.• Establish and maintain tendering processes and set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.• Floating an enquiry and collection of offer with vendor negotiation, Analysis & Price comparison, updating costing works, Collect pricing from subcontractors and suppliers & Negotiate best pricing and prepare purchase orders and subcontract orders.• Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes, and duties.• Coordinating with internal departments for Preparation of project construction plans & Schedules, staffs, Manpower & Equipment deployments, Organization charts and method statements and infrastructure requirements.• Dealing with Bankers for various Regular Banking Operations.• Responsible for Bank Guarantee, Cash Credit Facility, Overdrafts as and when required.• Reviewing Financial Accounting works and filling of GST Returns periodically.
