Handling complete operation for all type booking & Delivery, marketing, payment collection for a branch. Making consignment for goods booking as per invoice received from customer. Entering all consignment and internal challan DATA in BIPS (Branch Information processing System). Tracking of every booked consignment for incoming and outgoing material. Check vendor’s bills and process for payment. Operation Handling by Air, Train, Express and Road Mode. Maintaining petty cash for all kind activity in branch.  Preparing daily closing account and sending it to controlling office. Party visit for Payment Collection, New Business, Outstanding.

Transport Arrangement:-  Vender development for transportation of all type vehicles Mahindra Pick up TATA- 407, 709, 1109 (9 MT, 15 MT) 32feet container. Responsible for daily rout plan as per PO/Sale Order and Coordination for timely pickup of material form warehouse. Preparing all kind of documents like Invoice, Delivery Challan, STN. Filling all kind of forms/Waybills whereas applicable.  Tracking of Transporter’s, Vender’s Bills and their payment. Responsible for reverse logistics as well as their reverse entry in system for old project. Handling all kind of complaint like delay in delivery, short/excess and damage. Warehousing:- Handling total warehouse operation for PAN Indian delivery with 6 warehouses. Handling a team of 25 people for operate Transport and warehousing operation. Consolidate MIS for all shipment (In- Bound & Out- Bound).  Co-ordination with Vender’s for Incoming goods and Keeping track of inbound and outbound activity. Making dispatch plan on daily basis as per Indent & PO and ensure error free dispatch/delivery to the destination. Maintain healthy Inventory levels every time in warehouses to fulfill emergency requirement & drive cost saving initiatives while maintaining quantity. Co-ordination with all logistics partners for each and every shipment till list mile delivery. Co-ordination with Sales & Marketing team for their continuous requirements. Coordination with operations/ implementation team and inform about dispatch/delivery status for their implementations purpose. Interaction with Sales TAX team for getting waybills/ permits whereas required. Optimum utilization of space in warehouse. Manage inventory by FIFO/LIFO method and planning of inventory according projection. Ensure regular conduct of physical count of inventory and preparation of reconciliation. Co-ordinate with overseas and local suppliers for shipment detail. Knowledge of supply chain management in ERP and SAP.

Ware Houses Operations-Material Receipt, checking, invoicing and distribution to channel partners. Handling all job issues of team including recruitment at W/H level, training, task allocation and meeting deadlines. Interaction with Sales & Marketing for their continuous requirements. Managing all issues relating to smooth functioning of the center. Motivating and grooming team members for better performance. Closely monitoring cost for this Job function. Accomplished Nil Variance in Cycle count / Physical Count & Quarterly Stock Audit in the Warehouse. Team member to control the Transportation Cost for Deliveries, negotiating with the Local Couriers and Transporters. Facilitated effective co-ordination with all Sales Teams & managed 99% TAT for timely deliveries. Handled Warehousing Activities of 5500 Sq. Ft. Warehouses with Inventory worth 1.5 Crores. Stock updating and Bin Allocation & updation for the material received with Daily stock. Preparation all types of report like MIS, TAT, Cycle Count, Physical Count etc. Negotiating with transporters, shippers/consignees, etc. to ensure seamless, cost-effective movement of consignment and timely delivery of orders. Monitoring material receipt, checking and invoicing at outsourced Ware Houses. Stock Monitoring, Packaging of materail as per different schemes. Inventory Planning and discuss with management for other materials Cost Control and MIS Vendor Reconciliation and Auditing
