New vehicle launch manager with 12 years of experience in BIW(Body in White) Quality Assurance and Quality development starting from clay model to Mass Production. Key Competencies Include :• DMU Study: Design study and past model design feedback to design team for manufacturing feasibility, Dimensional Control & fitment related issues at BIW sheet metal & Assembly exterior parts like headlamp, bumpers etc.• Tack/Geo Jig/Spots Planning & Checking Fixture planning: All Tack/Geo stations mounting concept planning as per 3,2,1 principle including tack/Geo spots for BIW dimensional and accuracy control. Prepare checking fixture concept plan for supplier.• GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up: Define tolerances for sheet metal parts from supplier and Press Shop in line with BIW dimensional & Accuracy control, vehicle Fit & Finish. Resolve all tolerance issues and ensure all Engineering Change request before trial start.• Body Accuracy Management: Develop Body accuracy plan across plants for new model launch in MSIL. Variation analysis and countermeasure plan development for current & future models. • Closure Accuracy Management: Closure parts (Side Doors, Hood, Back Door, Trunk) accuracy achievement in line with vehicle requirement of Fit & Finish, Static Checks like Door Closing, water Ingress, Dynamic checks like Door Booming, rattling noise etc.• Final Vehicle tolerance Study & VR Check: Study 2D drawing for new models to understand product requirement and implementation of those requirements in weld shop with participation in Mikri DR for vehicle appearance, Virtual Reality Check for critical issues.• Line Trials: Ensure all line trials activities completion like Jig Hinkai, Parts Inspection/scanning, Accuracy achievement etc. as per trials schedule. Achieve accuracy targets for body, closure parts. Drive Periodic management reviews (Till EO & JMD level) and share countermeasure plan for gap areas.• Countermeasure Planning: Countermeasure planning at white body level based on paint, assembly, Vehicle inspection checks and other vehicle tests like Static Test, Dynamic Test, Endurance Test and Rust Endurance Test.• Design Approval(DAP): Define checking plan and checking standard for design approval of Tack to ensure zero changes (ECN) during manufacturing and installation.• Technical Systems Knowledge: PPAP, FMEA, Tolerance Stack-up Basics of GD&T etc.Projects(Total - 5 : Team Lead - 2, Team Member - 3) Team Lead : Introduction of Brezza in Weld Shop (2020~2022)Team Lead : Introduction of Celerio in Weld Shop (2019~2021)
