CurrentHandling Insurance, Mortgage Outsourcing Business, Project Team & Training, Quality Assurance & Audits for NDS .Job Profile & ResponsibilitiesPlanning, Scheduling, Allocating and coordinating the available Manpower resources as per requirements of projects.Keeping track of the progress of projects and fine-tuning the work allocations.Handling more than 45 to 50 people for various projectsFamiliar with ABBY Form Reader 6.0, this is use for Optical Character Reader (OCR) work.Interact with clients on project specifications.Close co-ordination with line managers and other planners across service lines and shifts.Attending conference calls with the foreign clients.Allocate realistic target to the team members and monitor their performance on daily basis.Maintaining the Quality/ Accuracy threshold.Planning out incentives and other motivational factors.To conduct Quality Audit on Daily, Monthly and Yearly wise.Training for new joiners for Product, Process and Soft Skills.Conducting by monthly training for Data Processors / Verifiers.
