In my position as a Manager of Fresh Slice, I effectively managed 8-9 employees. I oversee the store's opening and closing, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed professionally. My biggest priority is ensuring that the store runs smoothly and that all issues are promptly addressed.My ability to perform rests on the foundation of my education at St Lawrence College. As a graduate with a Business diploma, I understand what it takes to manage employees. I am well-versed in many aspects of business, including the financial portion. However, my education and work experience are tied together by my ability to empathize and communicate. I like to make people smile.
