As Head of Global Engineering Shared Services at Wind River, I led critical initiatives across SaaS development operations covering - Cloud Security, Application Security, SRE, Labs, Delivery Systems, and Release Operations. Key achievements include:DevSecOps Standardization:Implemented standardized DevSecOps pipelines, enhancing application/product security, governance, compliance, and vulnerability management across the organizationMulti-Cloud Orchestration and Delivery:Successfully delivered Wind River's flagship platform orchestration across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments, leveraging infrastructure-as-code principles.Cloud Security and Budgets Optimization:Implemented strategies to optimize cloud budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization leading to multi-millions in savings, while maintaining high performance and security standards.My focus on integrating security early in the development cycle, automating compliance processes, and fostering collaboration between development, operations, and security teams significantly improved our software delivery pipeline and overall security posture.

Drove engineering efficiencies and provider leadership to multiple functions - Developer Experience, Build Operations, Release as a Service for over 1500 global engineers. Archived reduction in mean-time-to-delivery by developing insights from data sourced from each phase of SDLC. Led the analytics platform and dashboard development team.Significantly improved the integration success rate for Cisco IOS XR commits by introducing pre-checks and shift-left testing at scale via simulation and h/w scheduling. Enabled SLA compliance for patch and maintenance updates development, test and delivery though automation and consolidation of legacy system.Drove developer agility through code modularization, dependency management, adoption of Bazel and Clang to achieve incremental builds from several hours to minutes.

Lowered engineering overhead by creating and scaling tools, and infrastructure, created DevOps, CI/CD services to accelerate org-wide agile transformation.Delivered multiple mobile apps on iOS and Android platform with ionic based frontend, MySQL and AWS/S3 as backend. Led UI and end complete lifecycle from development to UAT and delivery to the app store and ongoing maintenance. Enabled visibility into bugs and software quality metrics through development and rollout of a single pane of glass dashboard - Engineering Portal.
