Senior Test Manager
CurrentKey responsibilities• Strong project delivery through multiple scrum teams on initiatives Regulatory & Mandatory, Continuous Improvements, Decommission, Rationalization and Migration and Strategic changes.• Project delivery in retail application area of mutual fund industry spanning project initiation with senior stakeholders, business analyst and solution architect and finalizing the scope matrix, mid-level plan, SAD, estimation, resource allocation and tracking Epic/Stories/Defects in JIRA for E2E delivery.• Working with critical business centers, Change Management, Problem management and Incident Management on High Severity issues.• Working with release, business testing (BT), SIT, QA and performance testing team to get sign off on deliverables/milestones. Defect triaging for smooth delivery of projects.• Tracking dependencies, managing risks/conflicts by mitigations actions, influence, and negotiation.• Collaboration across platform and capabilities stream for best use cases of E2E Delivery.Key result Areas: End to End delivery of multiple projects for Retail platform delivering new features and improved user experience. Leading QA teams as per functional and platform capability. Leading Quality initiatives and defining processes and practices for overall platform focusing equally on Tech and QA practices.
