Avp – Business Operations & Control And Sales Force Effectiveness / AutomationReliance Retail Jul 2021 - PresentI have been spearheading the BOC, SFA & SFE functions, for B2B, across the country and supported by a team of managers. My major accountabilities include creation and roll out of policies in regard to Sales, Sales Returns, payments, Expiry etc, finalising SLAs with various functions, creating SOPs and getting the same approved by all the stakeholders, and optimizing the TAT. During this period, I have outstanding achievements in facilitating operational reforms and driving process improvements which bolstered business profitability and growth. I played a stellar role in onboarding retailers without a single qualification of non-compliance, controlled deviations in SLAs through effective monitoring of the Fulfilment Centres (FCs) PAN India, recommended routes to reduce costs and delivery timelines, and saved costs by replacing the cartons with envelopes. By plugging in the operational bottlenecks and implementing initiatives for enhancing systemic efficiencies, I was able to reduce the issue resolution timelines significantly, raised the credit notes to few hours which earlier took few days, automated the credit limit, and also credited for bringing down the invoicing process to <2 hours. For overhauling the sales return processes, I started the Open Box pick up in NMWS, as a result of which anomalies in returns were reduced. In addition to this, I have major contributions in continuous enhancement and management of SFA application & SFE Portal. I implemented SFA by coordinating with the tech team to create reports and ensured availability of actionable information for the frontline to implement correct decisions on field. Also, enhanced the SFE by being involved in creating field MIS, Reviews & Review formats, Training the Field Force on the Right pitch, Retailer O/S & O/D recovery, Optimum use of the App and reviewed the hierarchy down the line. -

I took 2 offerings to companies across AMESA: Company to Distributor Connect and Distributor to Pharmacy Connect with access to Company.
