 Worked as a shift in-charge. Responsible for safe and trouble free operation of plant. Responsible for shift operation and process control of 600 tph Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant. Setting the parameters of benefication equipments in shift operation as per instructions. Responsible for trouble shooting of plant, during the shift operation. Involved in studies for reducing load on Tailing Thickener by introducing De-Watering hydocyclone. Stabilized and commissioned HGMS magnetic head-2 & Horizontal vacuum belt Filter. Co-ordinating in test works. Suggested the ideas to enhance the production of plant with minimum tailing losses.
