• Responsible for initiating and managing RFQ, lead time, should cost (Cost estimation) request assigned by internal stakeholders.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies/ plans for NPI/ Pilot projects.• Responsible for Internal part qualification approvals for components identified as critical parts.• Ability to understand multi-level BOM, read drawings, special process / specifications and communicate with internal Team.• Ensure smooth product transition from NPI to volume manufacturing.• Work as a coordinator between Customer and internal plants (Engineering, Plants, operations, etc.) to clarify requirements, eliminate confusion, and improve definition of requirement.• Knowledge of manufacturing methods & commodities as related to product and cost structure.• To Manage the Monthly Schedules and execution with customers and Plant.

• New project development & working till it get regular for production.• Prepare the Process drawing and documentation list (including Submitted to customer) & discuss technical aspect with manager to execute the project/s.• Review and approve engineering documentation complying with customer scope and specifications, approvals and applicable standards to manufacture accurate product• Preparation of Ballooned drawings and Layout inspection for New Development parts.• To Define the Manufacture the process of new development parts.• Preparation of APQP and PPAP documents.• Preparation of technical Feasibility report and sign-off with Customer.• Preparation of Tooling and Gauges for New Development parts.• Developed the Precision Machine Component, Mining and Constructions parts of All OEM Customer Like, JCB, Hyundai, Contitech, Komatsu, Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology, Wipro Enterprise's.
