Manage the entire Senior Stakeholders of various domains (Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Commercials, Corporate Services & IT, Common Services (SAP Horizontal like SAP Projects, SAP Build Factory, SAP CR Factory, SAP Regression Test Factory, SAP Technical Services, Integration Factory both within TCS and clients. Primary responsibility is to define Business Growth Strategy and convert into Revenue Realisation Plan, thereby enabling the business growth of TCS. Own the stakeholder management, escalations, delivery assurance, commercial & legal compliance etc. Technology focus aligned to SAP Products and solutions focusing on Logistic Modules, SRM, S4 HANA, Ariba and SCM. Very keen on updating with the new innovations in the SAP Technology and business process space which has helped me to effectively participate and run crucial phases of the customer engagements eg. Business blue print workshops, business case developments, RFP responses etc.

Given below is the gist of Roles performed Global Program & Delivery Manager/Project Manager• Select appropriate development/implementation process within the overall quality framework and tailor it to meet project specific requirements.• Develop a detailed project plan along with resource requirements• Form the project team and assign appropriate resources for the project• Define customer interface and communication requirements• Define project success/completion criteria• Analysis and monitoring of the project regularly. Manage scope of the project.
