Primary Responsibilities- Provide technical approval of Unified Clinical Archive (UCA) sale, ensuring service is deliverable from all perspectives, clinical workflow to support.- Provide sales support as a subject matter expert (SME) on UCA products and services.- Engage with customers in the strategic design process and translates business needs into technical solutions.- Create hardware configurations and provide cost quotes for pending sales.- Assist UCA financial teams in developing cost models based on hardware consumption.- Create design documentation on new contracts for submission to UCA Solution Architects.- Set hardware build standards to ensure optimal platform to run UCA portfolio software.- Create new product introduction documentation to UCA operations management for approval.- Create presentations suitable for sales, implementation, and support staff depending on scenario.- Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers (internal and external). - Understand & document the industry best practices and methodologies to tie dissimilar components together into an aggregate system.- Closely monitor our project's resource utilization in Google Cloud workspace to ensure there is no waste of either resources or money.
