• Primarily responsible for processing accurate and timely payments to the firm’s Private Banking client on their investment in U.S. equities and fixed income asset. • Processing Mandatory corporate action events on accounting platform for the client. • Notifying Clients in advance about corporate action events by setting up and sending online notifications through XSP to enable their investment managers to make appropriate decision. • Informing other teams like Trade Settlements, Account transition, Client Service Groups on trading and pending trades on any particular security involved in any major corporate action.• Responding to the client, custodian & shareholders queries. • Retrieving data from DTC and XSP for event validation and preparation of file for daily payments.• Processing Redemption payments on Bonds and Preferred stocks. • Reconciliation of Stock/Cash breaks between custodian and the firm’s accounting system. • Processing payment for Third Party Custodian. • Researching and approving transfer ticket for internal/external shares movement.• Attending EOD call with On-shore partner’s for Daily volume status reporting, Breaks reporting and to discuss any issues, challenges.• Updating daily KPI file for management reporting.• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of tasks, ensuring compliance to SOP, adherence to norms and timely escalation to the manager of expectation or possible red flags.• Cross Trained team member for all the activities, hence, there is no dependencies

 USIS Corporate Action Trades Settlement Team.Responsibilities: • Settlement of non-cash trades on accounting side for U.S and non-US locations.• Identifying the valid event for settlement activity through comments coded by Boston team.• Running the accounting and custody review report for position discrepancy.• Researching the discrepancy between accounting and custody side and updating the comments on report.Other Accomplishments:-• Involved in migration of the process from Boston to India through phone and screen sharing.• Received training via phone and screen sharing through corporate action team from Boston.

 USIS Full Service – Corporate Action (Fixed Income processing).Responsibilities: • Processing of valid corporate actions events (Full, Partial, Put red. & Exchange offer) on accounting within a strict deadline with high level of accuracy.• Sorting and maintaining the events on Call log as per the Client specifications.• Researching and highlighting the valid corporate actions events from the client system, DTC, Bloomberg and on C.N. (Company News.)• Confirming the price of the bonds and accordingly processing it.• Calculating NAV and Interest for the funds.• Tracking pending payments and Events on a day to day basis.• Coordinating with different fund groups to resolve discrepancies between the accounting and the Custody.• Monitoring the voluntary events for their responses.• Solving and replying to the queries of the clients.• Auditing of the trades for other Team members.• Maintaining the records of NAV & exceptions for the day.• Adding and Deleting of the funds to Databases.• Reporting of all open and closed queries to Team Leader.• Preparation of Monthly Volume report.• Reporting of team’s daily activities and work status to the Manager in absence of Team Leader.Other Accomplishments:-• Involved in migration of the process from Boston to India through phone and screen sharing.• Received online training from corporate action team in Boston, USA.
