Materials tracking.Maintaining of all kind of material requirement for site.Prepare the Purchase Requisition from site accordingly to site material requirement. Check the received materials as proper specification in PO and obtain the necessary documents like challan, Invoice, E-Way bill, Test certificate.Prepare the GRN as per received quantity of delivery challan as well as Invoice. Also we verify the rate of Material with Issue the Purchase order of Suppliers Maintaining Issue material register, Gate pass, GRN & Stock material register.Material issue as per site requirement after check the proper prescribed issue slip with authorized person signature.Prepare Monthly Stock Statement every month and send to HO.Physical Stock Verification.Preparing details of scrap of unusable materials etc. as discussed with Project Head and write off for sending it to HO for approval.Tracking of under warranty materials.Coordination with Purchase and Store team at HO
