Manage and monitoring the Team for proper work flow and obtain desire results. In4suite(CRM ERP)Implementation and co-ordination with Software team. Preparing Master Excel & MIS (Inventory, Sales, Collection, Brokerage, Projection, Penalties, DCR etc) on dailybasis. Receive New Booking and Verify Documentations, Cost sheet & approvals of Management, Demandletters/Reminders/Receipts generation, Transfer/Death case documentations & endorsed, entry pass in In4suite,etc. Reconciliation of data with Finance team/Audit Team. Recovery of dues/outstanding installment by communicating via various methods such as OBD-calling, SMS.emails, demand letters, reminders, etc. Actively participating in co-ordination with-in the conveyance deed Registration team Co-ordination with Accounts Team for GST Invoice/Receipts/NDC etc. Prepare the Builder Buyer’s Agreement and keep track on till the execution of Buyer’s Agreement andmaintaining the same in Excel. Prepare Possession Documents (like NOC,Unit handover Letter, indemnity cum Undertaking)and maintaining thesame in Excel.
