Created policies, CRM activities, and processes to benchmark Product Support deliverables for Retail and Key Account Customers Managing the Warranty Dept. (Processes, Policies, and Recovery) for all Mining, Retail, and Key Account Customers Bringing about change in work practices & procedures, I tackled complex business challenges & made high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethic & irreproachable integrity.
