Handled Marketing & Training activities at Training & Promotions Department, Retail SBU.

As Head Region, handled entire Retail business operations of HPCL under Jalandhar Retail Regional office, which comprises of 310 Retail outlets spread over 8 Districts (including Jalandhar & Amritsar).

Handled the strategic expansion of Retail Network and Dealer Network Management activities across entire East Zone of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.

Independently handled the portfolio of Real Estate management & Management Information Systems, which involved managing all the core activities of Retail marketing under Jaipur Retail Region consisting of over 300 retail outlets in upper part of Rajasthan.

Independently responsible for marketing of retail products, managing the profitability of HPCL under Jodhpur Territory and End-to-End Management of dealer network under Jodhpur Retail Sales Area, which consists of over 55 HPCL Retail outlets under District Jodhpur & Jaisalmer.

Independently responsible for Marketing of retail products, for ensuring Y-o-Y business profitability improvement and for End-to-End Management of dealer network under Varanasi Retail Sales Area, which consists of over 58 HPCL Retail outlets under District Varanasi, Chandauli, Ghazipur & Azamgarh.

Independently responsible for Marketing of retail products, for ensuring Y-o-Y business profitability improvement and for End-to-End Management of dealer network under Sitapur Retail Sales Area, which consists of over 60 HPCL Retail outlets under District Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Shahjahanpur & Hardoi.

Independently responsible for Marketing of retail products, for ensuring Y-o-Y business profitability improvement and for End-to-End Management of dealer network under Hisar Retail Sales Area, which consists of over 50 HPCL Retail outlets under District Hisar, Fatehabad, Bhiwani & Sirsa.

Joined HPCL on 9th Jan'89 and after initial onboarding for 3 months, handled the Bitumen marketing activities for entire North Zone. The assignment involved coordination with PWD department & private contractors engaged in road construction for training them in usage of Bulk Bitumen and in promoting Bulk Bitumen Sales.
