IT Operations Management Services to the client with the team of six people, responsible for local support to 1000+ users including all IT Operations related queries, issues also handling IT support team of engineers to ensure the IT Service delivery as per the business required time line.- Purchase requisition creation in ERP and Maintaining all contracts, billing details and IT store related documents.-Vendor Management Services including Procurement of IT solutions and Quotations, Negotiating with vendors for timely supply of Computer Peripherals and Hardware Devices as per SLA to facilitate smooth project activities.- Working on ERP Web Portal like PR (Purchase Requisition) Preparation for purchasing IT equipment.- Hardware Maintenance includes Managing and Monitoring of all AMC/Warranty vendor services, logging call with AMC Vendor for diagnosing hardware issues with Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Printers etc. & Coordination until resolution. Escalate up to higher authority in case of delay.- Value of assets in the portfolio through market research, financial analysis, and appraisal.- Risk management: Identifying potential risks associated with asset investments and taking measures to mitigate them.- Maintaining and monitoring the portfolio of assets, analyzing its performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize returns.- Compliance: Ensuring that all investments and activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.- Using technology Tools (Summit Service Management, Asset Management and Platform Engine) to manage and monitor assets, conduct research, and analyze performance. Responsible for maximizing the value of a company's assets while minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. - Vendor Management like Maintaining the Database of Asset Warranty & AMC, Vendor details like Contact Person, Escalation Matrix, Response Time and Resolution Time Commitments etc. Roster Plan as per the company requirements. - Maintenance and Monitoring the local call logging, opened ticket, closed ticket, assigned ticket to the engineers, follow up with the engineers to close all tickets as per deadlines.
