HR Systems Implementation Partners with Operations, Training, Benefits and Compensation, etc. to assist with the implementation of core HR strategies and systems. Counsels and advises key customers regarding HR programs such as the Performance Development System, Rewards and Recognition systems, Respectful Workplace policies, investigation and development of corrective action plans. Coaches with the goal of transferring core people management skills.  Conducts restaurant audits to ensure compliance with laws and company employee practices (people minimums/standards, etc.). Communication and Training  Communicates messages from Human Resources. Makes presentations and facilitates meetings – crew meetings and duties. Provides training and development for key customers on HR policies, practices, and systems to achieve self-sufficiency and shared accountability. Partners with Training Department on needs analysis, curriculum design, and delivery. Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow.Recruiting and Retention Assists in implementing of recruitment plan. Conducts exit interviews with store management to identify barriers to retention. Supervise On-Boarding process particularly conducting orientation of new employees to understand the company’s system properly. Prepare and conducts the internal interview for all the open vacancies. Communicate with our agency all over for all recruitment and employment issues. Meet restaurant critical staffing need. (Monitoring staffing analysis, Prepare, and conduct oversees recruitment trip.) Organize and develop the overseas recruitment task. (Manage the visa track for new candidates, Processed in recruitment charges invoices for all the agency, and smooth arrival for the candidates.)
