•Daily, Weekly & Monthly reconciliation between Client, Admin and Prime broker data.• Research on pending cash, position, OTE and trade discrepancy for products like Equity, Bonds, MBS, CFD and futures.•Daily follow up with external sources including clients and brokers for faster resolution•Keeping an track of missing Corporate actions for different portfolios by updating/booking/querying•Co-ordinating with multiple teams department to get Geneva data and Prime broker data on rec, setting up Security ID's as per BBG in Geneva• Working on testing environment for testing of new functionality.•Co-ordinating with Client and Prime Brokers for daily trade files•Reconciling equity fund account for various clients on daily basis for Geneva VS Prime broker•Keeping an track of missing Corp Act and updating Geneva• Reconciliation of funds to create Daily NAV and Monthly NAV• Booking cash flows, fees and FX on daily basis from various reports

Manage a team of 9 members, working on an end to end settlement process for OTC products. Managing daily deliverables and handling client queries. Maintaining rapport and relationship with clients/controls. Creating Reports for weekly/monthly KRI-KPI respectively. Hosting Monthly feedback sessions with clients/controls and internal team.

Settlement Function Pre-settlement  - Price locking of the particular products on particular business days, creating invoices and sending out to the respective counterparties.- Chasing counterparties on or prior to settlement date for confirmation on the economic details as per the ISDA agreement.- Updating the payment instructions of the counterparty in our system and releasing payments through SWIFT wire. Also, look after the counterparties who settles directly through MT600. - Dealing with Interest Rate Swap, Average Swap Trade, Strategy Cost, Emission, Premium, Cash & Physical settlement with internal and external counterparties.- Inform the Treasury department of the daily movement of cash received or paid to the clearing houses on priority. - Manage and reduce risk associated with settlement failure (chase or give an heads up to CP before settlement date) which helps to avoid any disagreement or disruption in settlement.- Informing and keeping controls team updated about the settlements allocated for present and future over the call and via email.- Investigating on the discrepancies/disagreement from Counterparties for Pricing, Rates, Due Date, Standard Settlement Instructions. Liaising with Trade Support team to get it resolve.- Following up with Margins/Prime Brokerage team for any settlement booked through Collateral. Prioritizing the early/unwind settlements booked by FO.- Chase the counterparty for failed payment and asking for SWIFT. ControlsPost Settlement - Settlement Internal Reconciliation and Customer Cash reconciliation support process [Trial Balance]. - Cash and stock reconciliations experience using a variety of Reconciliation systems and Excel (incl. complex reconciliations using Pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s). - Liaison with internal and external parties to assist in the resolution of breaks. - Reconcile the breaks occurred due to trade discrepancies & Escalating unresolved discrepancies to management.
