· Managed shift operations pertaining to * Fluid Milk Processing (100,000 litres per day), * Production of Breakfast Cream, Flavoured Milk, Yoghurt, Fruit Yoghurt, Laban & Labneh (continuous line)* Blending & Processing of Fruit Juices (25000 litres per day) and Fruit Drinks (8000 litres per day) [Mango, Apple Strawberry, Orange, Lemon, & Mixed Fruit] · Process planning, Shop floor management & supervision of Packaging Line of Gable top Cartons, Cups & Blow Moulded Bottles· General maintenance & supervision of machinery

· Involved in managing dairy projects involving costing, material procurement and erection and commissioning of plant and equipments. · Handled complete project activities from designing to installation of 50,000 litres milk processing and packing plant in Gujarat, India.

· Instrumental in the erection and commissioning of the first Lactose Plant in Asia.· Developed methods for purifying Crude Lactose.
