Overall responsible for company’s business in the modern on trade segment and a defined geographical area in such a way as to maximize volume sales, market share and contribution to company’s profit. Acts as the General Manager for the area and oversees all aspects of the company’s business and KPIs.Responsible to manage existing Modern On-Trade chain entertainment outlets inclusive of Hotels & Clubs, recruit new entrants and convert from competitors to maintain market leadership in this segment. Responsible for recruiting, training, developing and leading the sales team comprising of Key Account Managers, Promotion & Function Manager and Key Account Executives into a “winning sales team” to achieve the above objectives and KPIs.
