As a financial controller, I carry out below responsibilities:1. Develop a comprehensive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) before the beginning of the financial year2. Present monthly MIS (AOP Vs Actuals) by the 10th of the subsequent month to senior management and investors to facilitate timely decisions.3. Drive the finance team to ensure accurate & timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.4. Identify the process gaps and fix them by bringing written SOP/Process Notes.5. Focus on cross-functional collaboration in achieving organizational goals.6. Developed a bidding evaluation template that assists during the tender bidding process to take commercially viable decisions for the company.7. Responsible for Fund Management which involves the recovery of receivables, prioritizing payments based on the fund availability, and providing periodical updates on fund position to senior management and investors.
