He mentored the test teams in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Canada to bring functional excellence in testing domain. Implementation of Test Automation and Test Management Tools were key business objectives.• Manager – Architects Group and DBA(s): In this role Ravindra was the functional manager to Architects and Database Engineers Group. A need to drive functional excellence in both these teams, and Ravindra having Solution Architect experience was asked to implement Tools and Techniques in Requirement Management and Solution Designing phases of SDLC.
