Utilizing my competence in global, regional and local market people strategies, I aim to lead successful talent consulting practices across the globe. As a senior member of the advisory team, I work with Boards, Remuneration committees, CEOs / Founders, and HR Heads of leading companies in the region.Prior to this role, I was a Director at Aon, Radford, responsible for leading client engagements with companies across APAC & MEA. Over the years, I have contributed to various projects with my extensive expertise in the areas of attraction-motivation-retention-productivity strategies. My passions lie in helping people and companies make informed decisions and building teams in new markets.
