Provide level 2 technical support to resellers globally to analyze, track and resolve customer issues related to SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD, SOLIDWORKS Composer and DraftSight.Collaborate with Customer Service, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management and Product Definition groups to investigate and resolve problems. Remotely troubleshoot reseller/customer software issues, installation and licensing issues, PC software performance and stability issues using web applications. Verify reported software issues and report them to development through Software Performance Report.

Evaluated several load shapes by incorporating site-specific thermal characteristics, equipment, and occupancy schedules, accounting for weather patterns and seasonality of production.
