CurrentASAPP is a leader in bringing Generative AI into Contact Centers for some of the largest Enterprises in the world with it's innovative solutions that augment, automate and assist agents and customers with an emphasis on providing an exceptional experience. My role involves a couple of key responsibilities:- Team Leadership and Management: Establishing and growing Engineering teams for efficient scaling of our Integration and Delivery function to support implementation of our ASAPP Products into Fortune 500/100 Enterprise contact centers which includes all steps from contract signature to launch (and beyond).- Solution Architecture: Managing customer-facing teams responsible for architecting and supporting API integration with Enterprise business and IT stakeholders.- Efficiency and Innovation: Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing delivery efficiency. Focus on developing tools for automating critical steps such as data curation, model training and evaluation, as well as streamlining Enterprise API integration and post-launch support processes.- Strategic Partnerships: Establishing and executing partnerships for delivery, technology and sales scaling with the largest consulting firms, system integrators and BPOs to enable and unblock sales opportunities thereby contributing to ASAPP's growth and market presence.
