My experience here was towards extending the boundaries of training to give a primer of political understanding to students from good academic background across the country. A program called 'Netritva Sadhna' (https://www.facebook.com/groups/427685840587225/) was thus launched with this vision in mind. The program has already been conducted more than 7 times in last 3 years after it was conducted first on Jun 2012 at RMP-KEC with me as the co-ordinator.Another program sharing the same vision was created with the name 'Prakash Yatra' (https://www.facebook.com/PrakashYatra?fref=ts) . A group of students selected through an intense selection process were taken to Gujarat for a study tour. Meeting with government dignitaries, industry heads and key project leaders was a part of the tour. The tour culminated with a long free flow chat session with then Gujarat CM and now India's PM, Shri Narendra Modi. Since the first Prakash Yatra, many more such groups have visited various states to study innovative growth interventions by their governments.

Got an opportunity to set up and lead the organisation to make a mark in Skilling space in the country, as dreamt by its founders and stakeholders. It was an opportunity to build the team afresh, give a strategic direction to the new entity and realise its first few contracts. The organisation currently is a respectable name in skilling domain charting new course and creating higher name under the current dynamic leadership. (www.lokbharti.ac.in)

PT Education (www.pteducation.com) a leading name in the test preparation, coaching space for CAT/ MBA exams. It was an opportunity to turn-around PT education's Delhi operations with 7 centres spread across Delhi with a team 63 members. In a declining CAT market which was also fiercely competitive it was challenging to revive the brand name and the top line numbers.
