Topic: Design concept of cooling module and other cooling components for future Daimler E-mobility trucks platform (BEV and fuel cell truck).Major tasks: ▪ Design of the cooling circuit layout for the fuel cell truck with a proposal for directly cooled fuel cell stacks.▪ Creation of a modular design concept for the cooling module for fuel cell and battery-electric trucks▪ Estimation of the expansion tank volume based on the thermal expansion of the coolant and varying start temperatures▪ Design of coolant lines to estimate the total coolant volume in the coolant circuit.

▪ Design and stress analysis for various brackets for valves in the cooling circuit of the eActros. ▪ Design and creation of drawings of coolant lines with brackets including the Part number assignment for the projects PP2020 and OM460.▪ Coordination of the installation spaces with the Entire-vehicle Design team to ensure a collision-free routing of various lines.

▪ Responsible for the Engine cooling systems of Mercedes-Benz trucks.▪ Design and Release of coolant lines (made of elastomer, steel and plastic) and brackets (made of plastic and steel).▪ Release of the new coolant for MB trucks.▪ Prototype development of a plastic bracket for the expansion tank together with a supplier in India.▪ Stress and frequency analysis of the designed brackets.▪ Design of a new sheet metal radiator bug screen for the Chinese market.▪ Responsible for creating an overview of the components available in the engine cooling system.▪ Participate in a weekly DMU preview meeting to review and resolve part collisions. ▪ Worked as an Expat for three months in Stuttgart (Germany) for developing new steel brackets for the expansion tanks that will be mounted on the cabin suspension frame.▪ Two days of technical training on GD&T and FMEA.
