• Looked after New Product Development – Estimation of the product cost.• Handling New Enquires – Product Study in terms of processing & yield, submitting the RTS.• Process Selection for Development Items – Product suitability within the existing standard process flow.• Formulation of PPAP as per requirement.• Responsible for Sample submissions to the Customers.• Preparation of BILL OF MATERIALS in SAP.• Master data creation, routing in SAP.• Study the Standards• Troubleshoot process issues, develops solutions, and monitors improvements, Maintain, update & check engineering documents & drawing.• Maintains and follows all relevant engineering standards in design of product. • IMDS report to the Customers.•
