-Solide understanding and Experiance in RF Hardware & System Design.- Having Experience in developing RF solutions in the WIFI Domain.-Very Good understanding and knowledge of WI-FI and Telecom radio design.-Having Compressive knowledge of all aspects of radio design including RF PLL, Power amplifier, DPD, Tx/Rx path design, LNA, Filter, Up/Down Converter (Mixer), digital processing to support RF design, and all aspects of WIFI radio application.-Experience and understanding of power management components: LDO, switching regulator, etc.-Knowledge of Communication protocols like SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, and USB.-Having experience in high-speed PCB design. -Good knowledge of RF hardware board bring-up, Schematic entry & RF layout Design.-Hands-on Experience with RF Software Tools like ADS, and AWR Microwave Office.-Experience handling test equipment like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.-Excellent Hardware debugging/troubleshooting skills.-Capable of interacting with customers and understanding the project requirements.-Capable of adopting new design techniques and implementing them with minimum guidance.-Capable of Designing and testing RF Products with minimum Guidance.-Highly motivated, Effective team player with strong analytical and good communication skills.
