Roles & Responsibilities Defining contract / tender specifications on receipt of order from client. Developing comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and budget requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Review of Process & Engineering documents, validating & obtaining approvals from customer. Verified quality of deliverables and conformance to specifications before submitting to clients. Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing quality materials at competitive prices for efficient use of resources. Coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues. Managed risk assessments and implemented mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues during project execution. Preparing & Maintaining Project documents as Master document list, ProjectSchedule, Budget reports, Cash flow statement, Billing & Receivable plan, MIS report, Monthly Progress report, Weekly Report. Preparation of Procurement Plan which involves RFQ, technical clearance,Ordering, Manufacturing follow up, Inspection & dispatch coordination. Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments. Prepared and submitted project invoices for review and approval. Tracked project and team member performance closely to quickly intervene in mistakes or delays. Maintained open communication by presenting regular updates on project status to customersMonitoring project progress identified risks and took corrective action as needed. Scheduled and facilitated meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts. Identifying contractors for site works and finalizing. Visits to project site for client meeting , progress analysis & deliverables.
