• Manage End to End Project Management, Involved in Project Management for Ecommerce product.• Communicate with Customers and internal customers. Review periodically the status of project. • Manage Implementation, Testing and Support Team.

• Hold discussions with the Bank for understanding the scope of OTS work Freeze the scope of the OTS after discussions with Bank officials and ensure team delivers as per agreed Scope of Work.• Support calls [even at odd hours] received from OTS resources, have to be supplemented with help from Help Desk/ Other Senior Resources.• Assisting sites in finalizing the Shift Schedules & Resource allocation • Customer Interaction to understand the pending issues if any, any new requirements, any suggestions.• Site Visits – for interaction with OTS resources.• Follow up with sites for receipt of Weekly status reports- any other reports status to be received from Bank sites. • Follow up with Help Desk for outstanding issues. Follow up with concerned Project Managers for resolving pending issues.• Ensure ISO implementation on Bank’s site.• Organizing periodical meetings with Site-In-charge for understanding their issues.• Exploring New Business opportunities.• Assisting the FSS development team in various projects going in Bank.• Analyzing the problems reported by the clients.• Accountable for recruitment and training to the on site resources.
