Actually I started my carier in Med Assist in the year 2007 as an executive and i have worked in Hospital, Health insurance company and TPA's. Throughout out my journey I learnt a lot with my honest efforts and with the help of my respective supportive managers and with all my mistakes thanks for them. It's completely different profession than others professions because it's all about providing services to the corporate employees when they were in the medical hospitalization risk which means emotional concerns. Our job is to helping any medical related concerns like availing cashless and reimbursement educating the policy norms at 24/7.We have certain sacrifice job need work pro actively and availability when even they need and it's more challenging job to provide service to the client in terms. Currently I m working in insurance broking which has more responsibilities and leadership taking over entire things initiative get work between the insurer, client and service provider, every day is a challenge is to handle the situations and learning more and more everyday.........
