This basically involves capacity creation in the new market by identifying and selecting partners in the new market and developing existing partners# Motivate partners to participate in the Reward & Recognition, incentive framework# Responsible for proposing and effectively utilizing budgets for the regional marketing activities planned by TSPL in the region# Account Management of Partners which means responsible for the growth of partners from entry to exit# Maintaining sound relation with partners to understand their market eco system and updates, to enhance them for further guidance.# Maintaining quality system in market to control pricing and external market environment.# Organizing and implementing marketing activities for Tally and channel partners (one to many events for customers, CA’s, accountants, STP’s).# Conducting training sessions for channel partners and their resources monthly, or as when required.# Hands-on experience in creating concise action plan, weekly/monthly/quarterly actionable reports and presentations which require meticulous project planning skills to new business.
